Golden, concentrated, supple.
Golden yellow in colour this decadent Chardy leads with dried pineapples and toasted hazelnuts, grilled lemon and warm brown butter. It has amazing fruit concentration and liqueur-like weight; supple and creamy with wonderful length and balance. It ticks all the boxes.
Pair: Leftover turkey-salad sandwiches, smoked gouda grilled cheese, Lobster in butter, pastas with creamy sauces, halibut, and corn chowder

Eat your Root Veggies, Good First Impressions, Cellar Keepers, Seafood/Fish, White Meat Chicken/Pork, French Food, Creamy Dishes
