If you've ever been to Chile, or neighboring countries (especially Peru) you've certainly has Pisco; likely in a Pisco Sour.
Pisco is a grape spirit made mostly from Muscat grapes--so it tends to have a delicate floral and fruity nose. A Pisco Sour is made with lime, Pisco, simple syrup and has a frothy top from egg white.
The Capel Mango Sour is a premixed version with Mango juice (without egg white, which is fine) and is ready to serve over ice straight from the fridge.
This version is dominated by mango flavours and aromas, as would be expected, but also has a nice spritz of lime to lift mango's rich tropical fruit flavour. It's definitely sweeter than its sibling Pisco Sour Light, but I find topping it with an ounce of soda water cuts that sweetness.
