Zesty, tangy, mouthwatering.
This traditional method sparkling Malbec was aged on lees for 18-months and topped with a Pinot Noir and Syrah dosage. It's a salmony pink fizz with aromas of roasted chestnuts and charred orange peel, cranberry and cigar. The palate is zesty and tangy with nice bounce and notable mousse along with herbal and red berry flavoyrs with leesy undertones. The finish is mouthwatering.
