Creamy, spicy, persistent.
Notes of creamy pear, guava and peach stone alongside Earl Grey tea, smoke and citrus. The palate is weighty with sweet pear compote, guava, vanilla and honey. The finish is lengthy and zesty with flavours of Meyer lemons.
A great partner to fresh West Coast seafood.
