Restrained, textural, delicate.
Bott-Geyl has a philosophy of natural winemaking.
This wine (made from the Pinot varieties of Gris, Noir, Blanc is surprisingly restrained. Expect delicate floral notes layered with citrus and white fruits. The palate is textural and has earthy/mineral notes. The structure here is apparent, it is precise with a mouthwatering finish, but is not overly fruity.
