New, savoury, earthy.
Boho is a new three-label range of wines within the Winemaker's Cut portfolio, this red version is Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Syrah (aged 6 mos in Slovakian, French and American oak); like all of the WC wines is farmed sustainably with no pesticides, herbicides or artificial fertilizer.
Notes of spicy green bell peppers, cassis and wild herbs, blackberry jam, dark chocolate and leather lead to a palate that is earthy and savoury with an umami edge. There is a slight prickle on the tongue, is fresh and a bit lean, It has a medium-weight and palate with a dark cocoa/espresso finish.
