Singular, slick, organic.
This special one-time-buy, available at BC Liquor Stores, is a singular organic wine with bold lemony notes woven with mineral, green almonds, crunchy tree fruits and dusty wildflowers. It has an oily texture and slightly oxidative character with flavours of candle wax and lanolin, marmalade and matcha. The finish is long and slick.
This is wine geek wine, not meaning a wine for snobs, but a unique, let's share a special bottle, something out of the ordinary and discuss.
