WineDiva's Review

Wildflowers, citrus, verve.
Made from Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris and Macabeu ths engaging white from the south of France will not disappoint.
Mineral notes are layered with lemongrass, honey, spring blossoms, guava and pear. Those aromas echo on the palate - it has racy acidity, honey and plenty of fresh fruit with grapefruit and a hint of white pepper on the finish.
It has an attractive weight and clean palate. Perfect with fish, avocado and grapefruit salads, soft-medium cheeses.
