Savoury, lively, toasted.
A member of Mission Hill's Terroir Collection, which hails from the 365+ meter high estate Jagged Rock vineyard in Oliver, this Chardonnay was aged 16 months sur lie in French oak barrels (different sizes) and Clayver (ceramic).
It is a savoury style of Chardy; citrus, toasted spices, browned butter, lemongrass and roasted nuts roll into a palate that is tangy and laden with golden apples, lemon and spiced butter. Notably vibrant and lively with a fresh, slightly spicy finish.
