Fresh, smooth, concentration.
O'Rourke's Peak Cellars is owned by Edmonton businessman Dennis O'Rourke who maintains a 300-acre property of vineyards and orchards called Carrs Landing, and 7-acres around the Peak Cellars Winery in Lake Country; in total, 110-acres of estate vines.
This is a fragrant Chardonnay French oak fermented aged with aromas of yellow apples, melon, orange blossoms and honey. The palate leans toward grilled pineapple, creamy caramel and coconut, coriander and toasted nuts.
On the sweeter side of the Chardy realm for sure, it also has a creamy texture.
