Fresh, inky, spiced
Slovakia-born owner and winemaker of Winemaker's Cut, Michal Mosny says: Our Bohemian label wines exemplify the uniqueness of single vineyard blends from the Okanagan Valley. Only our best barrels make the cut, so they’re made in extremely small quantities.
Harvested from Oliver, this blend combines 58% Merlot with 19% Cab Sauv, 19% Cab Franc and 4% Petit Verdot.
Expect inky purple berries and chocolate, espresso and leather, pipe tobacco and fresh earth. Lovely weight and balance, fresh and plummy with red currents and espresso and notable oak flavours on the finish.
