WineDiva's Review

Fresh, smooth, spiced.
Cabernet Franc with a splash (4%) of Merlot grown on T7's estate vineyards in Osoyoos (Raju Vineyard) and Oliver (Sunshine Acres & Blue Terrace Vineyards) were aged in French and American oak (20% new) for 24 months before bottling.
Crushed red currents and sweet red bell pepper aromas mingle with pencil shavings, violets, carob and roasted green bell peppers rubbed with cracked black pepper. The fruit is lively in the mouth, it is smooth and fresh with black fruit flavours layered with cocoa, dried herbs, leather and oak spice.
Pair: Grilled eggplant ratatouille, grilled sausages, meat based pastas or creamy blue cheese.
