Classic, precise, elegant.
Established in 2001, with a first vintage in 2003, Noble Ridge Vineyard & Winery is located on 24-acres in Okanagan Falls and is owned by Jim and Leslie D'Andreas. This The One is one of a six sparkling wines in their current portfolio. It's a traditional Method Sparkling Brut this outstanding offering is made of Chardonnay (72%) and Pinot Noir, (22%) which was cellared for 47 months en tirage (on lees).
Lovely overall creaminess here, in a sparkling that features buttery croissant, roasted hazelnut, apple and marzipan, dried flowers and Meyer lemons. Lively bubbles and a fine mousse it boasts a zesty quality, is precise with a creamy and persistence finish. Classic and elegant.
