Beefy, earthy, savoury.
This Mendoza Malbec has a distinctly beefy character; earthy, black fruits, toasted herbs, leather and tar aromas lead to a medium-bodied palate. It's leaner than vintages I've previously reviewed, in both weight and fruit profile. It remains savoury and straightforward--a wine best paired with food.
