Concentrated, impressive, savoury.
Part appasimento this blend homage to Valpolicella doles out sweet dried cherries, leather and roasted herbs, vanilla and mocha with smoked meaty undertones. It is equally earthy and savoury on the palate with impressive concentration and a lengthy cocoa finish.
Pair:Roasted meats, strongly flavoured and mature cheeses or mushroom stuffed ravioli.
