Plush, balance, spice .
Clos du Soleil's Celestiale red is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec.
Plush smoked cherry, rich mocha, spice and leqthery aromas are doled out with exuberance. It has great balance is has plenty of spice but is starting to show its some age. Likely best to drink now rather than hold for too much longer.
Pair: Hearty pasta dishes, aged cheeses, grilled meats and roasted root vegetables.
