Bright, berries, fresh.
This pale apricoty blush is made from estate Pinot Noir grown in the sub-GI of Okanagan Falls (designated in 2018) where Stag's Hollow is located. Expect wild red berries and orange segments, cedar chips and fine spices on the nose. On the palate, charred orange peel, tart berries and toasted spice flavours linger on the finish. Good bones and freshness, this is a pink that will stand up to some pretty hearty dishes.
Pair: white meats, cream sauces, mushroom dishes, salmon, and veggie burgers.
