Charming, traditional, fresh.
This charming Valpolicella benefits from a quick chill before serving. Made mostly from the two "must-use" varieties in Valpolicella, Corvina and Rondinella, it has an expressive nose of juicy cherries, purple flowers and earthy/tobacco faint spicy undertones. Approachable, smooth and fresh while maintaining a traditional character, it has balance and levity and is a pleasure to drink.
