Tangy, fresh, restrained.
Upper Bench, located on seven acres of vineyard on the Naramata Bench, is also a creamery.
This vintage it's a shy style of Chardy, lemony with crisp yellow apples and hints of honey and nuts. The palate is tangy but softened by a creamy edge. Fresh overall, with some oak tones in the mouth layered with nuts, spice and yellow fruit.

Cheese - Semi Hard / Medium , Seafood/Fish, Girl's Night, White Meat Chicken/Pork, Creamy Dishes
