Yalumba, Australia's Oldest Family run winery turned 175 on November 17, 2024.
One of their Rare & Fine Collection wines is The Signature. which has been made since 1962 in the best vintages. br>Each vintage is dedicated to someone, usually a long standing employee. This 2019 is dedicated to Kevin Glastonbury, a Yalumba winemaker and Robin Nettlebeck their chief viticulturist.
It has an inky black cherry, eucalyptus and chocolate driven nose with floral undertones. Slick and woven it is powerful but balanced with fine polished tannins. Both elegant and approachable.
