Savoury, value, approachable.
A consistent blend of 70% Carmenere (a Bordelaise variety that was readily adopted by Chile), and 30% Merlot this value red offers bold spice aromas melded with red currents and plums, mulberry and vanilla, bay leaf, leather and wild herbs. It's medium-boded and fresh, lean and approachable with cocoa, tealeaf and spice flavours trailing across the finish. Pair: Any hearty weekday dinners from the grill, red pastas, roasted mushrooms or pizza.


Pairs great with Gone Crackers Canadian Chedder & Chive
