Cherry, supple, licorice.
The definition of pandiculation is lazy stretching (like a after a nap).
This Shiraz with 15% Grenache is a tasty drop.
The two varieties were vinified separately. Fermentation took place in closed fermenters and was followed by a maceration period of 14 days after primary fermentation. The Shiraz was matured separately in French oak for 18 months. The Grenache was left unoaked to preserve its natural fruit character. Malolactic fermentation took place in the barrels.
Cherry cola and plums, chocolate, licorice, vanilla and pipe tobacco aromas lead to a textured palate. It has a supple weight with oak and skin tannins. Straightforward and juicy it has a dark cocoa and espresso finish.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Olive Oil & Cracked Pepper
