Nothing added, nothing removed. This cloudy and organic wine is one of Sperling's portfolio's Vision Series. It's a orange wine with aromas of orange pekoe tea and charred lemon peel with bruised apricots. The palate echoes the nose; tart fruit, orange peel, tealeaf and cedar flavours lead to a dry and phenolic finish.
Not for everyone, but no wine is--if you are looking to try your first "natural wine" here you go.
