Effusively perfumed with peach blossoms, exotic spices and honey. On the palate it is softly rounded, silky in texture, off-dry with sweet, ripe fruit, more warm spices, ginger and pink grapefruit zest.
Pair with glazed ham during the holidays or crisp Asian salad rolls dipped spicy peanut sauce.
