A clean, fresh and creamy, this pale sherry shows leesy notes and almond skin aromas. Sweetly smooth and fluid on the palate showing crisp white fruit - it's a lovely aperitif, extremely well suited to roasted, spiced almonds or pair it with a starter of carmelized onion and creamy cheese tarts.
