I've always had a soft spot for Vidal Icewine. Sadly we don't produce it in BC nearly as much as Ontario does.
Vidal has the ability to take on truly seductive honeyed-apricot aromas as does this one which also shows dried pineapple notes. Slightly less sweet than one would expect with more pineapple, mango and lingering apricot jam, a soft rounded texture with zippy, clean citrus on the finish that sticks.
