A first for BC, this traditionally made sparkler is dryer than others you may have been previously aquainted with from Oz. Suited more to sweet, earthy and robust and meaty dishes with classic Shiraz nuances - dark fruit, earth and spice with secondary notes of blueberry. It's medium-bodied and bubbly with a dark berry fruit, followed with a toasty, peppery finish.
Pair with ribs, rich ratatouille and of course sweet & spicy barbecue bites.
