This newly released vintage of the Col de Salici is pale straw in colour with gorgeous aromas of creamy peaches, white flowers and candied citrus peel with a hint of mint and nutty/toasty notes. Super fresh on the palate - crisp on the entry, a creamy mousse mid-palate with flavours of honey, mineral, citrus and toast on the finish. It's off-dry with a lovely fruity linger.
