Fragrant white peaches, honey blossoms and mineral aromas. Zippy on the palate with lemon-cream and vanilla spice flavours, it's softly rounded on the tongue yet refreshingly crisp with a clean, lingering finish.
Serve with sweet crab on crostini with avocado/wasabi mousse.
