Crisp and mousse-y with toasted brioche and spiced apples, pear and floral notes. On the palate, minerals, creamy citrus, orchard fruit and a lingering zesty finish makes this BC sparkler one to celebrate!
Pair with shellfish or hot frites with lemon aioli!
