An intriguing blend of barrel-aged Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Semillon, the Fork in the Road White has rich primary aromas of juicy pineapple and honey roasted nuts with pear, melon and lemon cream notes. Bright, smooth and toasty on the palate with similar fruit as the nose and showing lingering spiced oak on the finish.
Chardonnay 78%, Pinot Gris 12%, Semillon 10%
Serve with smoked gruyere or pasta with creamy/nutty sauces.
