Savoury, value, fresh.
Always offering good value, the Circus wines lean savoury and this meaty BBQ friendly Malbec suggests grilled black plums, salted blackberry, dried sage and chervil, dark roasted espresso and peppery spices. Smoked cured meats, balsamic and roasted coffee and fleur de sel flavours are supported with wild black fruits. Nice freshness here and a medium-length chocolaty finish. Pair: hearty stews, roasted mushrooms and hard cheeses.


Pairs great with Gone Crackers Blue Cheese & Cracked Pepper
