Creamy, rich aromas - sweet pear and apple, preserved lemon, candied nuts and honey on toast with sweet floral notes. The palate is velvety, it has a creamy mousse and plenty of tart apple, mixed tree fruit and citrus flavours. The finish is lengthy and very vibrant.
