Made from the three traditional white grapes used in making Cava (Macabeo, Parellada and Xarello) this is a seamless sparkling wine, affordable but not lacking complexity. Aromas of bread dough, apple and pear, vibrant citrus with vague floral talc notes. The palate is creamy and leesy showing bright, crisp citrus and a toasty, nutty finish with impressive length.
