Casas Del Bosque Pinot Noir Reserve, Casablanca Valley Chile, 2006
Casas Del Bosque Pinot Noir Reserve, Casablanca Valley Chile, 2006
Readers rated this wine:
Ruby red in colour with sweet raspberry and blueberry aromas, loads of pretty violet notes with vanilla, cedar and soft chocolate hints. On the palate the Casas del Bosque Pinot is fresh and smooth, medium bodied with creamy dark berries, earth and smoked spice flavours showing bright acidity, light tannins with lingering spice and tobacco on the finish.
Lovely!
Delicious paired with smoked gouda.
