A first for me, this sparkling Semillon made from grapes from the Yenda region of SE Australia is a great value sparkler!
Briliant golden yellow in colour with aromas of orange blossoms, apple and lime with hints of toast. On the palate its crisp and refreshing with verve and it will pair wonderfully with creamy cheeses or seafood starters!
