Blackberries and sweet herbal aromas with earthy-rootsy notes and smoked game. On the palate the Glen Carlou is velvety smooth with fresh dark berries, cocoa and char flavours and lingering peppery spices on the finish.
Impressive
Pair with roasted meat or grilled veg.
