Dark plums, earth, cocoa, smoked black cherries, savoury herbs and spice aromas. Smooth on the palate with berry fruit, leather, more cocoa and pepper. The finish lingers with spice and rich fruit liqueur flavours.
Syrah, Grenache, Carignan
Serve with crumbly aged cheeses.
