A sensory delight!
Lychee and rose-scented cold cream, honey, guava and quince roll into Turkish delight and exotic spice. The lychee, rose water, spice and honey also appear on the palate - excellent concentration and the sweetness is balanced with acidity. It has a slightly oxidative finish and trails spice and honey.
A wine for a caramelized onion and gruyere tart, for a spicy coconut curry or Moroccan cous cous with dried apricots and nuts.
