Premium, classic, earthy.
This premium Pinot comes from vineyards in Okanagan Falls and the Naramata Bench. It was small batch fermented and aged 16 months in French oak.
Expect notes of cranberries and red plum, forest floor, salted fennel, cedar, violets, cocoa and fine spice. It's a medium-bodied and fresh wine with red fruits, bacon fat and herbs, spice and cedar flavours. Silky and persistent, it has classic Pinosity and a licorice tea flavoured finish.
