Classic, versatile, complex.
A classically styled traditional method bubble at an affordable price; dry on the palate with impressive complexity.
Expect aromas of toasted brioche, golden apples and crisp yellow pears with preserved melon, soft floral notes, bright citrus and nutty undertones. It has levity and posture, a fine mousse and lengthy finish of preserved lemon flavours.
An extremely versatile bubbly.
Pair:Spanish tapas, roast chicken or turkey, seafood, salty snacks/popcorn/chips, most cheeses.
