Organic, juicy, textural.
This organic Sangiovese (with 10% Colorino and Canaiolo) grown in San Fabiano releases notes of spiced strawberries, dried rose petals and cedar chips, tobacco, star anise and orange segments. It has a juicy and textural palate with flavours to mimic the nose. Balanced and bright it trails cocoa, tealeaf and spice and has classic sooty tannins.
Drinking well now, but cellaring for another 5+ years is also an option.
