Spicy, intense, earthy,
Made from some of the oldest Cabernet Franc vines in BC, this intense Cab Franc is rolls out spicy and meaty aromas, which are layered with leather, licorice, and mocha. It has a textural chewiness, is mouth-filling and has obvious oak contact; but at the core it is fresh, earthy and shows concentrated wild berry flavours.
Suggested pairings: Game meats, lamb, roast duck or hearty stews and pastas.
