Slick, intense, earthy,
Made from some of the oldest Cabernet Franc vines in BC, this intense Cab Franc is succulent and meaty; pepper, cola spices and wild berries aromas are inhaled. It is slick in texture, fresh and spicy with an earthy impression overall. Balanced acidity adds levity and it tapers into sweet spices mingled with pepper, cocoa and bacon fat.
Suggested pairings: Game meats, lamb, roast duck or hearty stews and pastas.
