New vintage!
Limari Valley, although a less familiar region than many, sits close to the sea and is becoming increasingly famous for its elegant, cooler-climate style wines.
It leads with spice and browned butter notes layered with creamy honeydew melon and toast with undertones roasted nuts and mineral. Sweet pineapple pops up on the palate underscored by fresh butter, cashew nuts and toasted spice. It has an attractive weight and a long, bright finish - quite chic!
Pair with roasted chicken, almond crusted halibut or creamy pastas.
