The Intrigue wines are, across the board, tasty and very attractively priced.
The Gewurztraminer leans more toward fresh and light than intense and perfumed. Expect apricot and pear, pomelo citrus notes and spring blossoms. The palate is fuller and lingers with honey, stonefruit and citrus flavours. A refreshingly drier style of Gew with decent concentration and a fresh finish.
A nice sipper or aperitif wine but it will also work well with holiday dinners (ham and white meats) or appetizers.
