Another refreshing and fragrant white, wrapped in a fun, tongue-in-cheek label, the Mixed Blessings is a blend of Viognier and Chardonnay Musque. Blasted Church handles white varieties and white blends extremely well!
It's an aromatic fruit cup of peaches and melon, pears and guava with spring blossoms and white grapefruit. I love the clean, fresh palate brimming with liberal lime, summer fruit and exotic spices. Lovely, juicy and dangerously quaffable!
Recommended pairings: Roast chicken or roast pork with apple and caramelized onion compote, crab cakes topped with spicy mango or peach chutney.
