Fantastic!
I only wish there were more of this wine, although the current 2010 is tasty too. Expect focused aromas of mineral, lemon drops, crisp green apple, peach stone, honey and spring blossoms. It has wonderful concentration and an engaging sweetness, perfectly offset with racy acidity. It has a lovely weight and oily texture and a lengthy finish, which trails mineral and lemon/lime flavours.
Watch out, the bottle will be empty before you know it! If you have some, pair with air your holiday turkey or ham or sweet and spicy curries.
