A wonderful everyday dinner white made from classic Rhone varieties Grenache Blanc, Bourboulenc and Viognier. There is a wonderful succulent character to this wine - it's fragrant with honeycomb, wildflowers, white fruit and citrus and has earthy/mushroomy undertones. It's very zesty on the palate and has an oily texture - the flavours here are beeswax and citrus with hints of dried stone fruit and wild herbs.
Pair with with fish or herb stuffed chicken or roasted squash with chili and savoury herbs.
