Oh snap!
Aromas of grapefruit and guava, capsicum and nettle layered with delicate talc floral and sweet herbs. It is fantastically fresh and juicy with lively, not aggressive acidity followed with a crisp, lengthy finish.
Pair with fresh salad rolls, goat cheese and herbed crostini or seafood.
