This gently aromatic, and rare variety (most commonly found in Switzerland) has aromas of apples, snap peas, spring blossoms and citrus. It is crisp but off-dry with sweet citrus and tart green apple flavours. It has a nice roundess to the palate and lively acidity. I would pair this wine with a cheese fondue or with summer salads and light fish dishes.
